    Delivery Services

    We offer door-to-door delivery service via our trusted partnerships with Royal Mail, DPD, Amazon and DHL.

    Once your order is placed, we’ll wrap your order with love and care before it’s whisked on its way to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day from when your order is placed. We pack and ship orders daily, so be sure to look out for our email with your tracking number, so you can easily track your order online.

    Please note: During busy periods such as sales, promotions and calendar events, turnaround can take slightly longer

    Below is a guide to the different delivery options and prices we can offer:

    FREE DELIVERY

    Yes! We’re so excited to offer free delivery via our trusted delivery services on orders over £30 to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

    On smaller baskets under £30, we offer a standard delivery service at a cost of just £2.95 to deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Delivery within the United Kingdom takes between 2 and 3 working days. We also offer Express Shipping (1 to 2 working days) and Next Day Shipping options at Checkout.

    CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER

    Once your order is scheduled for delivery, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check that your delivery address details are correct at checkout. Should you enter the wrong address, unfortunately, we will need to re-charge for delivery if your order is returned to us. Should an order be returned to us undelivered, we’ll inform you of this and we can either re-charge for delivery and resend your order or we can process a refund, deducting the shipping costs.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    No need to wait in anticipation. It’s easy to track your order. Once your order is scheduled for delivery, we’ll send you an order confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Some email service providers consider these automated emails as spam, so please check your spam folder in case the message has ended up there. Using your tracking number, you can track your order on the Order Tracking page.

    SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES

    When you’ve placed your order, you’ll be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please include a mobile number in case the delivery service needs to reach you. If you have any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas), then please include at them Checkout under notes. The delivery service will require a signature for the delivery of your order. The standard hours of delivery are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. If the delivery service is unable to complete the delivery at the address specified, either due to an incorrect delivery address or the unavailability of yourself or assigned persons to accept your order, within regular delivery times, we may at our discretion charge a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of your order.

    INSURANCE

    All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Make Believe Co. headquarters to the delivery address. Once your order has been delivered to the specified address and signed for either by yourself or a recipient at the delivery address, your order is no longer covered by insurance.

    LOST ORDER

    If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can get this sorted out as soon as possible for you.

    RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM

    Whilst extra care is taken in packing your orders, should you receive an incorrect item due to human error, please contact us. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you immediately and collect the incorrect item when we deliver the correct item to you.
